Annual comprehensive organization, management, and PR and communication support (since 2018) for the summer and winter editions of the largest event integrating representatives of the media and advertising industry, including sports competitions, accompanying attractions, an evening gala, cooperation with sponsors and partners of the organizer, as well as exclusive hotel rentals.

Comprehensive organization, management, and visual design of the conference summarizing the client’s sales year, organized for approximately 400 sales representatives. This included preparation of presentations for company representatives, aligned with the brand’s graphic identity and the event’s visual concept.

Execution of a complex PR campaign: comprehensive SoMe management, content production during the race route, press release creation, and cooperation with Polish and international media. Promotion of the WindWhisper Racing Team’s participation in the prestigious round-the-world regatta, The Ocean Race.

Execution of a promotional campaign for the tour "The Illusionists: Direct from Broadway" – an international group of illusionists presenting spectacular magic and illusion shows on stages around the world. The campaign included TV, OOH, cinema, PR, and online activities.

Implementation of a wide range of sponsorship benefits for the Sponsors and Partners of the event, which brought together the most accomplished sailors from around the world, water sports enthusiasts, and representatives of culture, art, and business. The scope of activities included full event management and activation, including the organization and coordination of VIP meetings, premium accompanying events, as well as comprehensive communication and PR support.
